  I decided I would try and get a picture even though I don't have a zoom lens for the camera.  I think they turned out pretty good.  

5 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating 5 years at my favorite church I've ever attended.  We always have a good time.  When church is fun, committment is easy!  I have been attending YPC for 4-1/2 of these past 5 years.  And I've been serving with the youth group there. I love my church!!!

Jennifer and Tashauna are racing on the mile.  Tashauna is tucked in and ready to win... Jennifer tried but it was her first time on a motorcycle and Tashauna is a little more experienced at this flattrack stuff ;-)

Let's just say, you might want to stay out of his way.  He was racing Sydney and he never slows down.  She was in his way so he just bumped into her and down she went!

If you were wondering....

Yes, Tashauna and Kevin are still together.  They have been dating for almost 4 years now.  I still say they are the strangest couple ever.  If you ask either of them a question about the other, the answer is always, 'I'm not sure'.  Like Really!!! LOL

Oh Cody!

Cody wanted to ride the motorcycle.  I don't know how many times we told him to not ride around the pond, so instead he rode right into it.

First Annual Impact Awards

YPC Staff and Interns has honored the Dream Team with a delicious dinner and a fantastic skit and these amazing awards.  I'm already looking forward to next year.  I love my church family!!

Progress

There is nothing worse than staying in the house and doing nothing.  Checking the mail must not be very entertaining and you can only watch so much of Gunsmoke.  So this evening we are headed to Saturday Night Church.  First time back to church for him since the stroke.  God is Good :)

Three and a half weeks later...

John went out to check the mail. He was able to swallow a banana this morning.
